Google has put together a really good FAQ named Google Information for Webmasters, it answeres all the questions many people have had about Google and how it works.
Its nice to see put into word the good thoughts that is behind the web's best search engine and search engine company.

I will try to update my english blog a little more frequently in the days/weeks/months to come than I have the last couple of months. I guess its obvious that I have been a busy bee, unfortuantly for my blog it hasn't been the discovering and playful work with Flash, but rather doing some more "down to earth" work. I'll probably ramble on about that at some point too. :-)
