Det er skjelden jeg har v\u00e6rt borti et selskap som er vanskeligere \u00e5 komme i kontakt med. I tillegg bruker de mange dager p\u00e5 \u00e5 svare p\u00e5 kundehenvendelser og ser ut til \u00e5 mene at det er helt normalt.<\/p>\n<p>Ringer du telefonnummeret deres (som for\u00f8vrig er omtrent umulig \u00e5 finne p\u00e5 nettstedet hvis du leter etter det), f\u00e5r du f\u00f8lgende melding:<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"platekompaniet by jarledb\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?visual=true&#038;url=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F5852159&#038;show_artwork=true&#038;maxheight=750&#038;maxwidth=500\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Er det NOEN som helst slags tvil om at de helst ikke vil snakke med kundene sine? Skulle det fortsatt v\u00e6re en tvil kan du jo ta en titt p\u00e5 deres <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/platekompaniet\">Twitter konto<\/a> &#8211; her er det tilsynelatende ikke mye kunnskap om bruk av sosiale medier.<\/p>\n<p>Frustrasjonene mine med Platekompaniet og deres &laquo;kundesupport&raquo; har oppst\u00e5tt etter at jeg bestilte PS3 Move utstyr hos Platekompaniet. N\u00e5r jeg bestilte p\u00e5stod nettbutikken at varene var p\u00e5 lager, og jeg hadde gode forh\u00e5pninger om at jeg raskt skulle f\u00e5 utstyret. Faktisk s\u00e5 gode forh\u00e5pninger at jeg lot v\u00e6re \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe utstyret i butikk (selv med kribling etter \u00e5 f\u00e5 testet det).<\/p>\n<p>Ordren gikk igjennom og ordrebekreftelsen ble sendt meg p\u00e5 epost den 20. september. I ordrebekreftelsen oppgir de leveringstid til 1-5 dager.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r varene s\u00e5 ikke sendes i l\u00f8pet av et par dager tar jeg kontakt for \u00e5 h\u00f8re hva som skjer via skjemaet, til \u00f8red\u00f8vende stillhet fra Platekompaniet. Det jeg tydeligvis ikke har forst\u00e5tt er at man er forventet \u00e5 m\u00e5tte vente noen dager med \u00e5 f\u00e5 svar fra Platekompaniet.<\/p>\n<p>9 dager etter ordren, den 29. september, sender jeg en skarp e-post og ber om \u00e5 f\u00e5 klar beskjed om forventet leveringstid p\u00e5 produktene jeg har kj\u00f8pt. Jeg f\u00e5r aldri noe svar.<\/p>\n<p>14 dager etter ordren, den 4. oktober f\u00e5r jeg plustelig 3 eposter fra Platekompaniet. Ingen av disse fremst\u00e5r som noe personlig svar p\u00e5 min henvendelse den 29. september (5 dager tidligere), e-posten b\u00e6rer preg av \u00e5 v\u00e6re en masseutsendelse som tydeligvis har blitt sendt litt mange ganger til hver kunde. Den gir ingen beklagelse eller unnskyldning for d\u00e5rlig kommunikasjon og problemer med leveringen, og den gir heller ikke noen informasjon om forventet leveringstid.<\/p>\n<p>Senere den 4. oktober f\u00e5r jeg plustelig en e-post med leveringsbekreftelse p\u00e5 en liten del av det jeg har bestilt. De har bestemt seg for \u00e5 sende meg PS3 Navigator (ala Wii Nunchuk), noe som selvsagt ikke hjelper meg \u00e5 komme igang. Det er heller ikke noe jeg forventet p\u00e5 en leveranse hvor jeg tok det for gitt at varene leveres samlet. Det gjenst\u00e5r \u00e5 se om jeg kommer til \u00e5 bli belastet for denne litt spesielle m\u00e5ten \u00e5 sende ut varene p\u00e5. <\/p>\n<p>E-posten jeg sendte den 4. oktober for \u00e5 forh\u00f8re meg om dette er selvsagt ikke besvart.<\/p>\n<p>Hva synes jeg s\u00e5 at jeg burde kunne forvente?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lagervisning i nettbutikken b\u00f8r vise riktig lagersituasjon for varene.\n<li>Informasjon om resting av varene b\u00f8r sendes ut rimelig umiddelbart.\n<li>Kundehenvendelser burde besvares i l\u00f8pet av en dag eller to.\n<li>N\u00e5r man f\u00f8rst har gjort en feil, er det ingen skam \u00e5 innr\u00f8mme det og gi kunden en beklagelse.\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jeg trodde oppriktig talt at alle oppeg\u00e5ende selskaper hadde forst\u00e5tt dette, og at de skj\u00f8nte at kundekommunikasjon er alfa og omega for fremtidige salg. <\/p>\n<p>Jeg kommer med stor sannsynlighet ikke til \u00e5 bestille noe p\u00e5 Platekompaniet.no igjen, og andre kunder som opplever det samme sitter nok heller ikke igjen med noe godt inntrykk av Platekompaniet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Platekompaniet ser ikke ut til \u00e5 synes det er noen vits i \u00e5 snakke med kundene sine.
